EL PASO, Texas (SPINews) -- In a surprise move, North Korean workers have invaded the American southwest and are building a huge prison camp outside this Texas college town.
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton demanded an immediate halt and an explanation from new North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.
'Dude, we're simply following your lead," said the 20-something Kim, citing the American prison camp at Guantamo Bay, Cuba. State Department officals concluded that the kid has a point.
"We'd throw them out," said one spokesman, "but then thought, what the hell, let's not be hypocrites. Texas is all about prisons, so one more won't make a difference. Let Rick Perry deal with 'em. He'll probably stick some of 'em on border patrol."
He adds that on the plus side, "rice and dog-on-a-stick franchises will go gangbusters."
